境町の地勢
境町は茨城県の南西部、関東平野のほぼ中央に位置している、利根川の豊かな水の流れと緑あふれる田園都市です。
利根川を挟むと千葉県野田市に面しており、利根川流域に形成された沖積地帯と、洪積台地からなりたちます。
太平洋側の気候を特徴とし、冬季の降雪は少なく過ごしやすい地域です。
平成27年3月には圏央道境古河ICが開通し、県内・県外共にアクセスが容易になりました。

It faces Noda City, Chiba Prefecture across the Tone River, and consists of an alluvial zone formed in the Tone River basin and a diluvial upland.?
Characterized by the Pacific climate, it is a comfortable area with little snowfall in winter.
